Multicore cables are cables with more than one core (single core) and are used within a wide range of applications where space is limited. The cores can be twisted, screened or braided and the cable structure can be either flat or round.

We offer a wide range of insulation materials including PVC, XLPE, PP, and PU.

Shield

The cores can be screened, braided or armoured as required.

Jacket Material

We offer a wide range of jacket materials including PVC, XLPE, PP, and PU, and Silicone.

Colour

We can manufactory to any colour required, this includes to insulated cores and jacket. If required, cores can be numbered.

Coiled

We can coil the cable if required.

 

Def Stan Cable

Defence Standards Cables (Def Stan) were originally used by the Ministry of Defence (MoD) in applications which require high-density wiring within instruments and to connect electronic equipment. It is now widely used within industry as it is compact, has a range of sizes for most applications and a high working voltage. It is now used for a variety of applications in heavy industrial environments, avionic control systems, computer and data processing.
